You can appear for MHT CET under the non- Maharashtra candidate category but you can't get the state quota when it comes to counselling. Without a Maharashtra domicile you can't avail the seats reserved for the state. You can get the All India quota seats which are fewer in number because they have a huge percentage of state reservation.
