Take both options I.e; join in the best possible college and prepare simultaneously and attempt next year, gud luck..

Mr. Surya ...it's possible good marks with mtech.....
means...in last year I prepared with btech& possible hard work..& get only 48 marks(sc)(1st slot)... so confused...
