Can you see the I cant access my account? link on the login page? That is the one that comes to your rescue when you forget your application number or password.
So just click on it and you will reach this page.
Then click the first radio button (the small circular check mark spaces are radio buttons). The first button says I forgot my password. The click on continue.
This takes you to reset password option page.

Now you can use any one of the three options.

If you select first one

Then you have to enter the following details to get password.
Application numberSecurity question (select from drop down)Security answer
When to use: If you remember application number, security question, security answer.
Else, select
In this case you will enter following details to retrieve password.
Application numberDate of birth
When to use: If you have access to your mobile phone.
