Alternatively, you can also check NTA official website downloads section to download all previous year's question papers.

Sorry to say but NO!!
I need masters in french and francophone studies 2020 entrance exam paper but I am not able to find it anywhere.

NTA conducts JNUEE and you will easily find all papers there.
