Yes, the last date for registration is over.
The opening of application for NEET scores was on October 17, 2020 and the due date for submitting NEET scores details was October 25, 2020.

Sorry but registration process has already ended for cmc vellore mbbs counselling.You have to register for it before and have to submit the neet score afterwards when you receive the result but the tamil naidu state counselling dates is not yet announced.You can read here whole process.
