hey likhith ,

the application for kcet started on feb 01 and were upto 28 feb 2019 and were later extended till 20 march 2019. you could have made changes in your application within that time period . now it is not possible to apply for Bsc ag or make any changes in application. you can apply for Bsc ag next year within time.
