No, without NEET you cannot do MBBS. NEET has made a mandatory examination for doing MBBS and many other medicine courses. JEE is for BTECH Admission not for MBBS, you can get Admission in mbbs without JEE but you cannot get Admission without NEET. So, you should crack NEET compulsory for doing MBBS.
