IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur is the finest medical institution of the state of West Bengal, India. The institution approved by NMC is offering admissions processes comprehensively designed using qualifying candidates for medical programs. The admission cycle for IQ City Medical College corresponds with the national medical admission schedule. Undergraduate admissions generally start after the declaration of the NEET (UG) results, normally in summer. For postgraduate courses, the admission cycle is determined by the NEET PG examination with the counseling mostly running in January for entry. Under these conditions, candidates must also pass English as a subject. Selection will thus purely be based on NEET (UG) scores and will be through centralized counseling. They are based on NEET-PG or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduates.

Program-wise Application Process for IQ City Medical College:

For MBBS:

1. Qualify the NEET (UG) examination.
2. Register to the respective state/central counseling process.
3. Choose IQ City Medical College as an option in the counseling process, if the candidate meets the cutoff.
4. To report to the college for document verification and admission process on a successful allocation of a seat.

For MD/MS Programs:

1. Qualify NEET PG.
2. Register for the centralized counseling process (usually done by the Medical Counseling Committee).
3. Select IQ City Medical College and preferred specializations in the counseling session.
4. If a seat has been assigned, report to the college for document verification, fee payment, and admission processes. 

Degree-wise Admission Process 

1. MBBS: 200 seats are there in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program offered by IQ City Medical College. Admissions are done on the basis of the NEET (UG) score. The candidates must have passed 12th standard securing 50% aggregate or above in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology along with an English pass grade.
2. MD: The college has 31 seats distributed across 15 specializations in Doctor of Medicine programs. General Medicine, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Community Medicine, Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Respiratory Medicine, Radiology, Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology, and Psychiatry are among some of the specializations. Admissions are made on the basis of NEET PG scores.
3. MS: There are 12 seats in 4 specializations allotted in the Master of Surgery programs. The specializations include General Surgery (7 seats), Ophthalmology (3 seats), Obstetrics and Gynaecology (3 seats), and Otorhinolaryngology (2 seats). Admission into these programs is determined by NEET PG scores.
