You should focus on chapters which is easy to learn (according to you ) and try to practice more and more from that

You should not skip any of the topic.
Try to remember the concepts and formulas.
But if you have shortage of time to get it strong enough.
You can skip rotational .
Fluid and Thermo you can cover up.
And mechanic is very vast.
It is the base of all the other chapters like
Friction
Momentum
etc.
Do some general topics in mechanics. ( i.e. theory and concepts. ) .you can read hc Verma .  For theory.
Good luck

The best suggestion here would be not to skip any chapters. Sometimes it happens that questions are easy from the chapters we have skipped rather than what we have prepared. But if you have less time in hand to prepare then according to me these chapters from 11th have less weightage.

1. Units and dimensions

2. Kinematics

3. Oscillations

4. Waves

5. Kinetic theory of gases.

If you planning to keep chapters in option (not recommended) be confident on what you have studied.

All the best!
