Go with your interest choose either PCM or PCB not both otherwise you will not do good in any side. Now after 12th you can go for the graduation most likely B.sc for science student, look BA degree helps somewhere but for that you need arts stream in your12th, and in BA also only one specialization will be taught so it will also not affect much, better if you go with your stream.

After that, when you are in final year from that onwards you will be eligible to give the UPSC exam, here you also have to choose the option subject so it will be more good if you choose your optional subject according to your interest. These are the optional subjects of UPSE

Public Administration

Psychology

Law

Geography

and many more.

And for completion of your graduation degree it would be more good if you also choose a good college for yourself. here is the list of some good college, you may will give the entrance exam for the admission in these colleges.

On the basis of UPSC preparation, maths is the important subject. If you have interest in biology , then you can choose pcmb stream or else you can choose pcm stream. But Maths is to be selected mandatory, because it plays a major role in the competitive exams.

After 12th class, you can either choose B.A in political science or B.A in sociology. These two are the best degree courses for UPSC exam preparation.
