You are an oc that means you are OBC category candidate. But you didn't mention which examination rank it is. Because if you are not saying us the total information to us then it will very problematic to give you the every details.

Your rank 6500 , if it's general rank then you will get another rank for OBC which is below than this rank in any examination. If it's JEE Mains examination rank then you will get definitely good college dear. And you will choose your department also.
