I am paid 33000 in 1st phase ts eamcet 2017 . In second phase I transferred 32000.how to get back my 1000 ?

I will suggest you to confirm your allotted seat in the second counselling. If you do that, the seat allotted to you in the previous round will be cancelled automatically. For refund, you can visit the college for reporting and present an application mentioning the refund amount and details.
