ofcourse you can do 12 with science easily , You have to take admission on NIOS ( national institute of open schooling). or if you want to take admission in schools then you can go for that also.

there is a difference is that you will be fresher to science field because the concept and basic are totally opposite. Still you are eligible to pursue science. You will get know that science is somewhat harder than commerce and in your case you will have to enough dedicated for these as from commerce field.

so obviously you can take admission in science .but you have to work very hard, maintain consistency and study hardly as well as smartly.
