It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 19277 - 24026but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

Your query is incomplete as you have not mentioned your category and domicile state which is very important for getting an idea if you will get a seat in MBBS.

So I will give you an idea of the AIQ where any state's student can apply and get a seat in a government college. Last year the cut off score was 611 for Gen category to get admission in AIQ. But it will vary every year according to the different factors like paper difficulty and how other aspirants performed this year and so you should keep upto date with the official NTA website so as to not miss any update.
