Yes, it's a good option to take up MBA after working as a bank PO for a few years if you want to grow.

You'll get an advantage if you have a workex of 1-2 yrs in bank po.

Only go for MBA after PO if you want to grow your self in private sector.

After PO only aim for top 50 Bschools of India, otherwise continue with your PO job. Also, I would advise to not take a drop while preparing for MBA entrances.
