You don't need to get depressed if you are not able to perform as per your expectations in your pre board examination but yes now you need to put some extra efforts in your preparation.

Only completing ncert will not help you as your 12th examinations are subjective and you need to practice answer writing as well ,also there are some concepts which are tough to understand from ncert so you must have missed it while going through ncert , so you can follow some side books like SL Arora for physics and you can follow exam idea book for biology and chemistry .

Also you need to have an idea of types of questions asked , so what you need to do is practice previous 10 year questions papers of your cbse board examination, it will let you know the topics from which questions are asked mpre frequently and will let you know the examination question paper pattern so that you can prepare for it accordingly.

Make a routine and religiously follow it , your routine should be such that you give half of the time in practice questions and half of the time in grasping concepts . And at last go through 4 to 5 mock test papers and then you will be able to ace you board examination.
