HELLO,

Yes under the National Education Policy ( NEP ) you can exit your B.tech program after the third year and receive a Bachelor's Degree which makes you eligible for SSC exams requiring a graduation qualification

Most SSC exams for graduate level posts such as the Combined Graduate Level examination , require a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A B.Tech degree is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree for this purpose.

Hope this Helps!
