Hello Alka,

As you have mentioned that you are a physchology graduate, following are the opportunities for you :

Teacher
Police Officer
Social Work Assistant
Administrative Service Manager
Community Service Manager
Computer Programmer
Health Educator
and so on....you have multiple options for further studies you can also prepare for govt exams.

And yes you can do LLB, persuing LLB only requires one to be graduate.
And LLB indeed is a very good course with a very wide options of job opportunities.
So choose wisely what you want to do and what you like.

I hope this helps.

Goodluck!

Hi,

You can go for post graduation in psychology as:

Psychology in India is gaining importance and its demand is on a rise. After your post graduation you will get opportunity to work in different areas. The highest demand is in the education sector where each and every school requires a counselor.

  • Counselors are required in NGOs, Old age homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Career counseling centers etc. They are paid 20–30k depending upon the university and your potential.
  • Clinical psychologists are in great demand, though they are not paid for the efforts they put in during their educational years. It is also required to complete their M.Phil, before they start to practice independently. They are paid 30–35k after completing their M.phil.
  • Organizational psychologists are in great demand and they work in big MNCs and organizations. They can also work in the HR department. Their pay is approx 30 k per month.

If you have a interest in pursuing LLB then you may go for it
