I would like to tell you that YES you are eligible so as to appear for CLAT exam.Once you are ready with your preparation go for it. Keep an eye on the forms.The dates of filling it. Keep all the documents aslo with you. The criteria for appearing in CLAT is to be above 17 years of age and have paased Class 10th and 12th.
