HELLO,

Yes, you are eligible to apply for CLAT 2019 subject to attainment of required minimum marks.

Eligibility criteria of CLAT 2019:

Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution. Candidates need to score atleast 45% marks in their qualifying degree to appear in CLAT 2019. For the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need to score at least 40 percent marks in the aggregate of subjects.

I am currently giving 12th board papers am i eligible for CLAT 2019 without mark sheet as there is a minimum percentage requirement and it is also mentioned 12th standard PASSED

As per your query you must know CLAT 2019 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA that is Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2019 are eligible to register for Common Law Admission Test.
They must submit an evidence of their successfully clearing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they will lose their right to be considered for admission.
Submit the result of qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) at the time of CLAT Admission Procedure.
So yes you're eligible.
