The registration dates for CAT 2017 have been closed a month ago, the window for it was from 9th august- 25th September.
By this time, the admit cards have also been released.
The exam is scheduled on 26th November, 10 AM.
Since, you're not elegible for this year you can go with exams like CMAT, SNAP,CET.

Last dates for the exams to register are:-
SNAP- 24Th November
Cmat - 15th  December
CET-   13th February
MAT -  1st December.

All the above exams are widely accepted by majority of colleges.
You can also give CAT next year if you're willing to wait this year.

The Reg for CAT has been over . you have missed the chance a long back . you can Apply for other xams like CMAT , IBSAT, SNAP , XAT etc....Even though you have missed the opurtunity to apear for CAT you can get through to the Top B Schools by writing the folleing exams which i have mentioned above
