With this score it is very tough for you to get any NIT or IIIT . But you have a very little chances to get admission in a low NIT based on your OBC-PwD category . You can check the cut-off of NIT's for that. Below is the link for that.

Also you can try state level counsellings in various states like Haryana, Punjab, Odisha etc . CSE is very difficult with these marks but you will get branches like Civil , Chemical in some Govt. college based on your OBC-PwD category.
