This is to inform you that you are correct the EWS certificate is same for center as well, you may verify it by checking it on the website of Delhi NCT , also check for the stamp of the central government on the certificate , it will be acceptable , also currently universities demand a certificate which is made after 31 march , therefore it is advisable to read the guidelines on official website of the university because a latest certificate might be needed. do not forget to check for stamp and on the official website of Delhi NCT . generally both certificates are same.
