Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 245 you must focus on the state counselling more than the all india one. With this score, you cannot seem to expect MBBS seat in any government college as the minimum cut-off for SC candidate is 261.  However you can expect Govt. Dental College & Research Institute, Bellary and Govt. Dental College, Bangalore according to the cut-off of 2018.
