Dear Mayank, in 2018, under State Quota 526 marks secured a seat in Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences. With an expected score of 496-500, it is going to be difficult. Infact 519 was the cut off for OBC Category in 2018 under State Quota. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
