Hello,

Its difficult to tell the minimum marks but i could tell you last year cutoff rank so that you can get an idea on how much you need to score to get into nit. Here is the branch wise cut off for ST Category gender neutral(opening and closing rank) as well as ST Category gender female

  • Chemical Engineering(Gender neutral):711-1230 (female)-1156
  • Civil engineering:304
  • CSE: 243-389
  • EEE(Gender Neutral): 141-291 (Female): 1288
  • ECE(Gender-neutral): 423-602 (Female):409
  • Mechanical engineering(Gender Neutral):312-397 (Female):1470
  • Matellurgical and materials engineering (Gender neutral):1678-2021
So, considering this cut off rank of 2019 year you need to score above 140 marks to get a good rank.
