Basically job is based on your skills and qualification than much focus on percenatge. So before aiming at Phd you should focus on improving your score as well gaing a lot of experience in terms of knowledge and skills.
Yes you can easily get jobs after graduation but that is not the focus. Focus in knowledge gain.
