The TNEA 2019 Application has started on 2nd May 2019. The portal available till 31st May 2019 is for candidates havind studied in Tamil Nadu and Tamil Nadu natives. As you have studied in Kerala you can apply through Other State Quota. The portal for this category starts only by third week of June 2019. The application procedures for both are same. You will have steps of registration, payment, filling of personal and academic details.
