It is good to hear that you want start your preparation from now. The tips listed below will help you in your preparation:

• Go through the details of NEET syllabus and categorize the chapters from 11th and 12th that are important for NEET.
• Refer NCERT books for all the subjects as they are important and most recommended books. 
• Make a proper stratergy for each day and follow it.
• Once you complete a chapter, go through it's MCQs and make sure how much you have prepared for that.
• Try to solve previous year question papers.

Start from beginning of the chapter to end and don't use references ,u r studying in class 11th right? ,so  how much u learn in school just revise it and take numericals and start solving   
Use mainly NCERT BOOKS because NEET is a all about ncert
