You need to do Masters degree course in agriculture field after your BSc degree and then appear for the government or the entrance exams for the Best jobs in government. This will include your research work as well as the practical knowledge of your BSc + MSc studies and accordingly you'll be selected for the post and working. 

So work for it and achieve greatttt..!
