Dear Shivam, if you have been qualified for AIIMS MBBS and you get a seat in the counselling, you need to take a Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from your current college. And because you are still studying B.Sc, your highest qualification will still remain 10+2. So you will take these documents along with your 10+2 documents to the college that you get a MBBS seat in. You will have to submit all these documents in original to the college that you get a seat in.
