I am studying MBBS in Govt. College 2017 batch but not satisfy with college,so wants to attemp 2018 neet, pl. Advice can I leave my seat,

Hi Rajesh, As per your query of leaving a govt MBBS college seat and related penalty, I will say yes there will be penalty depending upon the bond signed by you there. Most colleges keep the original documents of yours for security purpose and you will need these documents for counseling and admission in any other college. So i will first advise to understand with your college clerks about the bond and certificate issue, then only plan anything else.

Moreover there is also provision of transfer from one college to another in some special circumstance and if dean and both university agree for the same
