It depends on the exam you choose to appear. If any university is there in your state then you can surely apply for it else you have to look for other state universities. If you have PCB in your 12th then yes you are eligible but you have to secure a good percentage in your intermediate. Mostly Eligibility criteria hold a percentage bar and it is 60% in most cases.(It is different for different board)So try to get a good percentage.

Better look for options and get full knowledge and know the procedure then apply for the one which you feel you can do it and it is suitable for you.
