Dear Qadir, as already discussed, Jammu and Kashmir doesn't have 85% State Quota. Jammu & Kashmir,.Andhra Pradesh and Telangana do not participate in All India Counselling which means all these 3 States have 100% State Quota. If you are a resident of Jammu and Kashmir and have been in Chandigarh only for 2 years of studies and coaching, you cannot claim domicility of Chandigarh. So you will be considered a resident of Jammu and Kashmir and if you qualify in NEET, you will be considered under 100% State Quota of Jammu and Kashmir only.
