as per the official website the duration of MBBS course at Tbilisi State Medical University is 6 years. The 6 years of studies are planned as – two years for basic courses, one year for pre-clinical courses and 3 years for clinical courses.

A student who wishes to pursue MBBS in Tbilisi State Medical University must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 65% in 12thclass (science). Along with this the student should have qualified the NEET exam..Other then this please check the visa document reqirements etc on the officil websites.
