you have pretty descent marks in your boards so you can chose some good courses based upon your board marks but i think you want to do b.tech so your percentile might not help much .as per your jee mains you are not going to get any NITs or IIITs unless you belongs to any reserved category .at upsee you still have a chance to get any college so there might be some hope .try not to take a drop , but you can definitely take if you can do better next year or you want
