I will give the answer by taking my own example af ter graduation same question arises in my mind whether to go for government exam or MBA, I have gone for government exam coaching but I have also given exams of MBA entrance along with Bank exams because syllabus of both exams are almost same, I have failed in government exam and got selected in a reputed MBA college and right now studying in it, So, I would suggest you to whether you do bank coaching or MBA coaching you should give exams of both because the syllabus of both are almost equal and you will have a chance to get a sucess in one the exam.

MBA is opted by most of the engineers and general graduates. MBA may be a risky option in prevailing situation where High profile institute students get failed to get a decent package. On the other band, taking coaching for Banking jobs will help you to crack the bank exams and will provide you stable career. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't go for MBA, if your interest lie there, then you must opt for MBA where you have to exceptionally good to meet a decent package in market.
