Common Test is called BHU UET is an entrance exam for students those who want to take admission in UG courses at BHU.
You need to appear in this exam and score good marks for securing admission.

Exam Pattern:
Exam consist of 150 questions of 3 marks each making the paper of total marks 450. Time duration of paper is 120 minutes. You can appear either online or offline. Exam for B.A and B.A social sciences are taken separately and scheme is same for both.
For knowing how the paper comes sample papers and previous papers would be of great help. Arihant publication has released the books for BHU B.A entrance exam and for BHU B.A social science entrance. You can purchase it from Flipkart, both the books are available there. And if you find some other publication books you can also use them.

I will tell you a generalised idea of syllabus from which you can expect paper but don't just stuck to it. Cover every bit and corner also keep a tight grip on current affairs.
Syllabus for B.A:

• General Awareness
• General Mental Ability
• Numerical Ability
• General Science ( chemistry, physics, biology) includes diseases.
• Static general Awareness
• History, geography,culture
• Natural resources and Industries in India
• Literature and Arts
• Language Comprehension (Hindi/English)

Questions are asked of general level i.e 12th class level.
Syllabus for B.A Social Science

• General Awareness
• General Mental Ability
• Numerical Ability
• Environment & it's pollution
• Human Body and Human Health
• Common Diseases
• History, geography,polity, economics, psychology
• Solar system, climate and weather, natural resources
• Static awareness
• Language Comprehension ( Hindi/English)

These are the general idea as questions are asked form these areas.
I would suggest you to kindly refer previous papers and sample paper book for better preparation.
