See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

In 2020,the cutoff score and closing AIR for Karnataka were 493 and 92348 respectively for the OBC category .

So with a score of 393,getting a government medical seat for you isn't possible.However,you can apply for private or management quota seats if you want to.
