As you want to learn yoga in 10 days, do it seems impossible as there are many asanas or poses for different purposes of body. And for full benefit you have to do it for years.

In 10 days you can only learn about basics, so it's better to join some local workshop for Yoga or you can take help from several websites and videos, which would be easier I say.
