Yoga
Hello
CBSE (or most boards) calculates your best 5 subjects out of 6, only if Yoga is officially considered an academic/elective subject.
Yoga is often treated as an additional subject, and boards only replace a subject if you fail in one of the first five.
If you passed all 5 core subjects, then Yoga marks will not be used to improve your percentage officially (unless your board allows it).
Check your board's policy on additional subjects replacing core ones for percentage calculation. Some colleges/universities accept the best 5 marks, including an additional subject (Yoga), so it depends on where you are applying.
If applying for college admission, contact them to see if they allow Yoga to be counted in your percentage.
Hey! After 10th, you can go for a Diploma or Certificate course in Yoga. Diploma usually takes 1–2 years, and certificate courses are shorter (3–6 months). Some universities and institutes like Patanjali University or state open universities offer these. If you are thinking of a long-term career in Yoga, then after 12th you can do BA/BSc in Yoga. For teaching, Yoga Teacher Training Courses (like 200 hours) are also a good option.

Eligibility requirements for yoga courses might also differ based on the college and the course level. To be admitted to a yoga program, an applicant must, however, have completed Class 12 with a minimum cumulative score of 50% from an accredited board. There are several levels of yoga classes available, including undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, diploma, and certification. Admission to yoga courses is mostly determined by merit. However, CUET-PG, CUET, KCET, UGC NET, NEET, CSIR NET, GATE, and others are well-known entrance exams for yoga courses.

Hello,
To know whether Yoga can be considered for your best 5 subjects, please check the admission guidelines and eligibility for your desired program in your desired University. While some universities consider Physical education and Yoga to calculate the marks for the merit list, some don't. So, you have to check the eligibility criteria of the program first.
