No it doesnt affect if you complete eligibilty criteria. The admissions are based on merit list of NCHM JEE and the eligibility criteria one needs to fulfill are -

• Educational Qualifications: Class 12 board or equivalent recognised.
• Age Crietria : For General and OBC - Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2019 and For SC and ST - Upper age limit is 28 years.
