In the second merit list, the closing cutoff rank for a General candidate in DSNLU Visakhapatnam is 1287. So, there seems to be very slim to no chance that you will get admission in the third list with your rank. However, don't lose hope as there are hundreds of colleges all over India which accept CLAT score, so keep a lookout for them while waiting for the merit list.
