I got 94 marks in clat 2019. I belongs to general category. But have AP domicile quota. Are there any chance to get seat in DSNLU?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3200-3900. If you fall in general category then it is really difficult to get into an NLU, even in DSNLU and even if you have a state domicile for those states. But you can certainly look out for colleges under IPU like
