I hope you are talking about the NEET counselling. Now in the NEET counselling, one need to submit the original documents which is expected by the counselling authority. But as you have provided the Receipt, there can be partial problems in the manual verification by the counselling authorities. I would recommend you to contact the state counselling board (you didn't mentioned the name of the state or else I would have provided you the contact details) & discuss it with them. They will give you the guidelines (there are no guidelines available regarding this case).
