i apply through general category in neet.. can i get admission through obc category state domicile

Hello aspirant.

No, you cannot apply through the OBC category for securing a seat through state quota if you entered the category as "General" during your NEET UG examination. You could either apply as a general candidate or an OBC candidate. For general candidates, one does not need to present any proof during the counselling procedure, but an OBC category student requires all the valid documents to support the fact that you indeed belong to the OBC category.

The cut off for NEET 2021 is as follows-

1. GENERAL-138

2. OBC/SC/ST- 108

3. GENERAL/EWS PWD- 122

4. OBC/SC/ST PWS- 108
