AP Medical Seats are categorised to AU, SVU and OU areas depending on the area you are a local to. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for these 3 areas under SC Category have been as follows:

AU: 427
SVU: 403
OU: 418

With 240 marks it is impossible to get a seat in a Governmebt Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
