To be honest, 240 is a pretty low score for SC Category. You havent mentioned which State you belong to. Few States like Rajasthan and Delhi have very high cut offs for SC Categories. So a chance at a Government Medical College with this score is impossible. You may get a seat in Private Medical College but it again depends on the State you belong to.
