see the candidates who has already completed the graduation need to submit the provisional certificate or pass certificate. I guess you still not have your provisional, so you can not appear in gate exam with out provisional or the certificate available in gate website or gate brochure need to signed by college principle or director . to admission in any m.tech course or get job in psu your academics course should be completed. so unless you cleared your arrears, there is no meaning of gate score, you can not take admission in any institute for higher study unless you complete your bachelors.
