You are a non local

Non local means doesn't belong to Telangana

Most importantly the factor which decides you are local or not is

Your

7 years of study certificate are from other state other than telangana than definitely you fall into non local category .

But according to regulations of ts eamcet a person belonging to both andhra and telangana are considered as local
